# The Insolvency Act 1986 (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 15: Amendment to section 330


After section 330(5) (Final distribution) insert—
“(6) Subsection (5) is subject to Article 35 of the EC Regulation (surplus in secondary proceedings to be transferred to main proceedings).”.
