Regulation 2 Commencement
These Regulations come into force on the day on which section 1 of the Insolvency Act 2000f1 comes into force for the purpose of giving effect to paragraph 4 of Schedule A1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, as that Schedule is set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 2000.
