# The Insolvency Act 1986 (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Insolvency Act 1986 (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 3rd May 2002.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986 .
