  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Insolvency Act 1986 (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 13 April 2005.\n(2) Expressions used in these Regulations that are used in the Insolvency Act 1986 have the same meaning as they have in that Act.",
