# Insolvency Act 1986, Paragraph 90: Supplying vacancy in office of administrator

Extent: E+W+S

Paragraphs 91 to 95 apply where an administrator—
(a) dies,
(b) resigns,
(c) is removed from office under paragraph 88, or
(d) vacates office under paragraph 89.
