  "text": "A company is “eligible” for the purposes of this Part unless it is excluded from being eligible by any of the following—\nparagraph 2 (current or recent insolvency procedure);\nparagraph 2A (private registered providers of social housing);\nparagraph 2B (a registered social landlord under Part 2 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010);\nparagraph 3 (insurance companies);\nparagraph 4 (banks);\nparagraph 5 (electronic money institutions);\nparagraph 6 (investment banks and investment firms);\nparagraph 7 (market contracts, market charges, etc);\nparagraph 8 (participants in designated systems);\nparagraph 9 (payment institutions);\nparagraph 10 (operators of payment systems, infrastructure providers etc);\nparagraph 11 (recognised investment exchanges, clearing houses and CSDs);\nparagraph 12 (securitisation companies);\nparagraph 13 (parties to capital market arrangements);\nparagraph 15 (public-private partnership project companies);\nparagraph 18 (certain overseas companies).",
