# Insolvency Act 1986, Paragraph 4: Derivatives


(1) This paragraph applies to—
(a) a derivative, and
(b) a master agreement for derivatives.
(2) “Derivative” has the meaning given by Article 2(5) of Regulation (EU) No. 648/2012.
