  "heading": "Extent (Scotland).",
  "text": "(1) Subject to the next subsection, provisions of this Act contained in the first Group of Parts extend to Scotland except where otherwise stated.\n(2) The following provisions of this Act do not extend to Scotland—\n(a) in the first Group of Parts—\nsection 43;\nsections 238 to 241; and\nsection 246;\n(b) the second Group of Parts;\n(c) in the third Group of Parts—\nsections 399 to 402,\nsections 412, 413, 415, 415A(3), 418, 420 and 421,\nsections 423 to 425, and\nsection 429(1) and (2); and\n(d) in the Schedules—\nParts II and III of Schedule 11; and\nSchedules 12 and 14 so far as they repeal or amend enactments which extend to England and Wales only.",
