# Insolvency Act 1986, Section A33: Contravention of certain requirements imposed under this Chapter


The fact that a company contravenes section A19 or any of sections A25 to A32 does not—
(a) make any transaction void or unenforceable, or
(b) affect the validity of any other thing.
