  "heading": "Short title, repeals and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Insolvency Act 1994.\n(2) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(3) The extent of any amendment or repeal of an enactment made by this Act is the same as that of the enactment amended or repealed.",
