  "text": "In Schedule 10 (punishment of offences), before the entry relating to section 12(2) there is inserted the following entry—\n“\n6A(1).\nFalse representation or fraud for purpose of obtaining members’ or creditors’ approval of proposed voluntary arrangement.\n1. On indictment.\n2. Summary.\n7 years or a fine, or both.\n6 months or the statutory maximum, or both.\n”",
