# Insolvency Act 2000, Paragraph 8


In section 257 (summoning of creditors’ meeting), in subsection (1)—
(a) after “256” there is inserted “ or 256A ”, and
(b) for “256(3)(a)” there is substituted “ 256(3) or 256A(4) ”.
