# Insolvency (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016, Section 25: Disqualification from office: duty to consult the Lord Chief Justice


In Article 24(7) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, at the end add “ ; but any such order may only be made after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice where the appeal is to a specified court. ”.
