  "text": "For Article 16 of the 1995 Order substitute—\n“16. (1) Where—\n(a) an insolvent partnership is wound up as an unregistered company under Part 6 of the Order,\n(b) an insolvent partnership enters administration, or\n(c) the business of an insolvent partnership is wound up as mentioned in Article 11 (without the partnership being wound up as an unregistered company),\nthe following provisions of the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (“the 2002 Order”) apply, certain of those provisions being modified in such manner that, after modification, they are as set out in Schedule 8.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) Articles 9 to 10A, 11A to 11C, 12, 14, 17A to 20 and 22 to 23A and Schedule 1, and\n(b) Articles 3 and 4 in so far as they have effect for the purposes of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (a) (and Article 21 in so far as it has effect for the purposes of Articles 3(1)(a) and 4(1)(a)).\n(3) Any expression that is—\n(a) defined for the purposes of this Order, and\n(b) used in the provisions of the 2002 Order as applied by this Article,\nhas the same meaning in those provisions as it does in this Order.”.",
