  "text": "(1) Article 117 (appointment by Department) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) for “meetings are held” substitute “nominations are sought from the company’s creditors and contributories”;\n(b) omit “of those meetings”.\n(3) In paragraph (5), for the words from “shall” to the end substitute “must explain the procedure for establishing a liquidation committee under Article 120.”.",
