  "text": "(1) Article 287 (bankruptcy: powers of trustee) is amended in accordance with subsections (2) to (4).\n(2) For paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The trustee may exercise any of the powers specified in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 3.”.\n(3) In paragraph (2), omit “With the permission of the creditors’ committee or the High Court,”.\n(4) Omit paragraphs (3) to (5).\n(5) In Schedule 3 (powers of trustee in bankruptcy), omit the headings for each of Parts 1 to 3.",
