# Insolvency (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2026, Section 64: Debtor’s proposal and nominee’s report

(1) Article 230A (debtor’s proposal and nominee’s report) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), insert “and”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “a meeting of the debtor’s creditors should be summoned to” substitute “the debtor’s creditors should”;
(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “, and”;
(d) omit sub-paragraph (c).
