# Insolvency (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2026, Section 87: Provision that may be included in individual insolvency rules

Status: prospective

(1) Schedule 6 (provision that may be included in individual insolvency rules) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 10 insert—
“10A. Provision about how a bankrupt’s creditors may appoint a person as trustee.”.
(3) In paragraph 11 (creditors’ committee)—
(a) after “as to the” insert “establishment,”;
(b) for “established under” substitute “provided for by”.
