# The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 127: Documents submitted to the court to obtain moratorium

Rule 1.39(2) is amended by inserting after subparagraph (b)—
“(c) a statement from the nominee whether the proceedings will be main, secondary, territorial or non-EC proceedings with the reasons for so stating.”.
