# The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 134: Rule 4.027 (Appointment of provisional liquidator)

In Rule 4.027(2) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
“(f) a statement whether the proceedings will be main, secondary, territorial or non-EU proceedings with the reasons for so stating.”.
