# The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 35: Rule 2.14 (documents filed with the court to obtain a moratorium (paragraph 7(1) of Schedule A1))

Rule 2.14 is amended by inserting after paragraph (2)—
“(2A) A statement from the nominee whether the proceedings will be main, secondary, territorial or non-EC proceedings with the reasons for so stating must also be filed with the court.”.
