# The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 68: Documents submitted to the court to obtain a moratorium

Rule 1.29(2) is amended by inserting after subparagraph (b)—
“(c) a statement from the nominee whether the proceedings will be main, secondary, territorial or non-EU proceedings with the reasons for so stating must also be filed with the court.”.
