  "text": "(1) Rule 1.49 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2) for “the member State liquidator” substitute—\n“—\n(a) any member State liquidator; or\n(b) where the supervisor knows that an application has been made to commence insolvency proceedings in another member State, but a member State liquidator has not yet been appointed, to the court to which that application has been made.”\n(3) In paragraph (3) for “Article 31 of the EC Regulation (duty to co-operate and communicate information)” substitute “Article 41 of the EU Regulation (cooperation and communication between insolvency practitioners)”.",
