# The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 92: Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2016

(1) The Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2016 is amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “creditor” in article 2(1), for “liquidator” substitute “insolvency practitioner”.
