# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 174

(1) Article 169 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) omit “and any statement under Article 124(7) or 124A(2)” and “of the final account or notice”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (1A) and (1B).
