Paragraph 22 Amendment to Rule 4.2

In paragraph (1) of Rule 4.2 after the words “paragraph (f)—company unable to pay its debts—;” there is inserted, starting on a new line, “paragraph (fa)—end of moratorium without approval of voluntary arrangement;”.
