Paragraph 7 Amendments to Rule 1.14

In paragraph (2) of Rule 1.14—

(a)

the word “either” is omitted; and

(b)

for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there is substituted:

“(a)

a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company;

(b)

an authorised person in relation to the company; or

(c)

an employee of the convenor or his firm who is experienced in insolvency matters.”.
