  "text": "After regulation 16 there shall be inserted the following regulation:—\n“Payment of unclaimed or undistributed assets, dividends or other money in a bankruptcy\n16A Notwithstanding anything in these Regulations, any moneys—\n(a) in the hands of any trustee in bankruptcy at the date of his vacation of office; or\n(b) which come into the hands of any former trustee in bankruptcy at any time after his vacation of office;\nrepresenting, in either case, unclaimed or undistributed assets of the bankrupt or dividends, shall forthwith be paid by him into the Insolvency Services Account.”.",
