Laid before Parliament 7th March 2001
Coming into force 2nd April 2001
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Rule 12.1 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and section 412 of, and paragraph 30 of Schedule 9 to, the Insolvency Act 1986 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
