Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Insolvency Regulations 1994f1 and, unless otherwise expressly provided, a reference in these Regulations to a numbered Part or regulation is to the Part or regulation so numbered in the principal Regulations.
