The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 411(7) and 412(4) of, and paragraphs 27 of Schedule 8 and 30 of Schedule 9 to, the Insolvency Act 1986^f1 and Rule 12.1(g) of the Insolvency Rules 1986^f2, makes the following Regulations—
