Paragraph 1 Amendment of Rule 0.2

For Rule 0.2 there shall be substituted the following:—

“Construction and interpretation

(1)

In these Rules—

• “the Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986 (any reference to a numbered section being to a section of that Act);

• “the Companies Act” means the Companies Act 1985;

• “the Rules” means the Insolvency Rules 1986.

Subject to paragraph (1), Part 13 of the Rules has effect for their interpretation and application.”.
