# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 123: Amendment of Rule 6.209


(1) In subparagraph (a) of Rule 6.209 after the word “trustee” there shall be inserted the words “or, if no trustee has been appointed, the official receiver”.
(2) In subparagraph (b) of Rule 6.209 after the word “trustee” there shall be inserted the words “or, if no trustee has been appointed, the official receiver”.
