Paragraph 128 Amendment of Rule 6.232

For paragraph (4) of Rule 6.232 there shall be substituted the following:—

“(4)

In criminal bankruptcy, forms of proof shall be sent out by the official receiver within 12 weeks from the making of the bankruptcy order, to every creditor who is known to him, or is identified in the bankrupt’s statement of affairs.”.
