# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 133: Amendment of Rule 7.49


In paragraph (2) of Rule 7.49 there shall be added at the end the words “and any reference to the registrar of civil appeals is replaced by a reference to the registrar of the High Court who deals with insolvency proceedings of the kind involved”.
