# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 140: Amendment of Rule 11.12


In paragraph (2) of Rule 11.12 there shall be added at the end the words “and public advertisement of the intended dividend need only be given if the insolvency practitioner thinks fit”.
