Paragraph 31 Amendment of Rule 3.33

In paragraph (1) of Rule 3.33:—

(a)

the word “and” shall be omitted at the end of subparagraph (a), and

(b)

there shall be added at the end of subparagraph (b) the words:—

“, and

(c)

in any case, to the members of the creditors' committee (if any)”.
