# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 48: Amendment of Rule 4.45


In paragraph (1) of Rule 4.45 there shall be inserted after the words “summary of the statement” the words “(if he thinks fit, as amplified, modified or explained by virtue of Rule 4.42)”.
