Paragraph 50 Amendment of Rule 4.50

In paragraph (8) of Rule 4.50 for the words from “a recognised bank” to “were a licensed institution” there shall be substituted the words “an authorised institution or former authorised institution within the meaning of the Banking Act 1987”.
