  "text": "(1) In paragraph (2) of Rule 4.51-CVL for the words “proofs and (if applicable) proxies” there shall be substituted the words “any proxies necessary to entitle them to vote at the meeting”.\n(2) In paragraph (3) of Rule 4.51-CVL for the words from “a recognised bank” to “were a licensed institution” there shall be substituted the words “an authorised institution or former authorised institution within the meaning of the Banking Act 1987”.",
