Paragraph 55 Amendment of Rule 4.65

(1)

In paragraph (3) of Rule 4.65 there shall be inserted after the words “Rule 4.113(3)” the words “or, as the case may be, 4.114-CVL(3),”.

(2)

In paragraph (4) of Rule 4.65 there shall be substituted for the words from “by virtue of this Rule” to the end the words “the chairman may, at his discretion, adjourn the meeting to such time and place as he may appoint”.
