# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 57: Amendment of Rule 4.72


In paragraph (1) of Rule 4.72 for the words from “— (a) a recognised bank” to the end there shall be substituted the words “an authorised institution or former authorised institution within the meaning of the Banking Act 1987”.
