# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 61: Amendment of Rule 4.101-CVL


In paragraph (2) of Rule 4.101-CVL for the words “is effective from the date of the certificate” there shall be substituted the words “takes effect upon the passing of the resolution for that appointment”.
