# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 68: Amendment of Rule 4.142


After paragraph (4) of Rule 4.142 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(4A) If there is no quorum present at the meeting summoned to receive the liquidator’s resignation, the meeting is deemed to have been held.”.
