# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 81: Amendment of Rule 4.226


At the end of subparagraph (a) of Rule 4.226 the word “and” shall be omitted and at the end of subparagraph (b) of that Rule there shall be added the following words:—
“, and
(c) apply to all windings up to which section 216 applies, whether or not the winding up commenced before the coming into force of the Rules”.
