Paragraph 9 Amendment of Rule 2.9
For subparagraph (c) of paragraph (1) of Rule 2.9 there shall be substituted the following:—
“(c)any person who has appointed, or is or may be entitled to appoint, an administrative receiver of the company;”.
For subparagraph (c) of paragraph (1) of Rule 2.9 there shall be substituted the following:—
“(c)any person who has appointed, or is or may be entitled to appoint, an administrative receiver of the company;”.
