# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 91: Amendment of Rule 6.8


In subparagraph (c) of paragraph (1) of Rule 6.8 there shall be added at the end the words “, provided that such amount or rate must, in the case of a petition based on a statutory demand, be limited to that claimed in that demand”.
