# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1987, Paragraph 96: Amendment of Rule 6.18


In paragraph (3) of Rule 6.18 after the word “debtor” there shall be inserted the words “, the supervisor of any voluntary arrangement under Part VIII of the Act in force for the debtor”.
