Paragraph 98 Amendment of Rule 6.39

After paragraph (2) of Rule 6.39 there shall be added the following paragraph:—

“(3)

If there is at the date of the petition in force for the debtor a voluntary arrangement under Part VIII of the Act, the particulars required by paragraph (2) above shall contain a statement to that effect and the name and address of the supervisor of the arrangement.”.
