# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 1999, Paragraph 2: Amendment of Rule 5.25


At the end of paragraph (5) of Rule 5.25 there shall be added the words “and shall, in the case of an order of suspension, within 7 days of the expiry of any suspension order, give written notice of such expiry to the Secretary of State”.
